How to prevent coronary heart disease



Coronary heart disease is a blockage of flow to the heart caused by high cholesterol and diabetes mellitus.

Coronary heart disease is a disease that often attacks against people with unhealthy lifestyles. Unconscious lifestyle unconsciously we often do every day, such as lack of sleep, smoking, lack of rest, drinking alcohol, consuming junk food, stressful work and so forth. For example, people living in big cities such as New York will be more at risk of suffering from various chronic diseases because the demands of solid activities will affect unhealthy lifestyles.


How to prevent coronary heart disease is to change our mindset and lifestyle, among others:


1. Know yourself.




If the body already feel very tired with routine / work immediately rest. By forcing ourselves to work late at night it will damage our bodies because our internal organs do not get enough rest in this especially our heart. Drinking coffee at work will also make things worse.


2. Healthy diet.



Eat enough nutrients such as fresh vegetables and fruits, reduce smoking and drinking alcohol. Eating timely and adequate nutrition is the number one key to healthy living.


3. Reduce consumption of junk food.




Food junk will only provide a momentary glut of pleasure. Nothing guarantees the hygiene and nutritional value of junk food.


4. Exercise every day at least 30 minutes.




If we sweat when the exercise will reduce the levels of fat and toxins that exist in ourselves arising from dirty air and unhealthy foods.

Four points above is a simple way to prevent disease, especially coronary heart disease. Focus on preventing and knowing any cause of the disease. Not only treat when already attacked by disease. Maybe we will desperately work to earn money, but our money will run out if our body is not healthy.
